Privacy Policy: Repeat Booking Pro

This policy explains how Huzaifa Tahir Hussan ("we", "us") handles information when a Wix site owner installs Repeat Booking Pro (the "App") and when visitors use it on their site.

What the App does

The App adds a widget to a Wix site that lets visitors book a series of appointments with the site's Wix Bookings services, and a dashboard where the site owner sees statistics and changes settings.

Information the App processes

From site visitors who book a series:

• first name, last name, email address and (optionally) phone number
• the service, dates, times and staff member they choose

From the site owner's Wix account, through Wix's APIs:

• the site's Wix Bookings services, staff availability and bookings (to show free times, create bookings and build statistics)
• the app plan the site is on
• the App's settings (which services are offered, series length, booking limits)

Technical data: Wix provides a request token that identifies the site and an anonymous visitor or member ID. The App uses it to apply booking limits and does not store it.

How the information is used

• to check availability and create the bookings the visitor asks for in the site owner's Wix Bookings calendar
• to send the visitor's details to Wix Bookings, which sends the confirmation emails
• to show the site owner statistics about series bookings
• to prevent abuse (limits on attempts and on upcoming appointments per email address)

Where the information is stored

The App has no database or server of its own. It runs on Wix's infrastructure:

• bookings and contact details are stored by Wix Bookings in the site owner's Wix account
• the App's settings and a monthly series counter are stored in Wix App Settings for that site
• short-lived, in-memory counters (for booking limits) exist only for the duration of the server process

Wix processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. The site owner is the controller of their visitors' data; we act on the site owner's behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone other than Wix, which hosts and runs the App.

Retention and deletion

Bookings and contacts stay in the site owner's Wix account until the site owner deletes them. When the App is removed from a site, its settings are no longer used. Visitors who want their data removed should contact the site owner, or us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact the site owner where you booked, or email us at ht743891@gmail.com.

Changes

We will update this page if the App starts processing data differently, and change the date above.
